A Week In My Life At School

Happy Friday everyone! Today marks the end of the first week back at school from spring break and I wanted to do a week in my life post to give a little insight to what I do day to day. This past week wasn't too busy because it was mostly discussing how the last few weeks are going to play out, but I did my best to capture a few photos to show what I was up to.

Monday

My Monday's are pretty empty, I don't have class until the late afternoon. I stayed productive in the morning though, I read the material for my class later in the day and got a grip on what my week was going to look like as a whole. I spent my evening in my class, but golden hour was going on as I left so I had to snap a photo. The sun glinting off the windows was beautiful!

Tuesday

Tuesdays are busier but I expected this one to be pretty calm. I always start my day with a devotional, right now I'm working on a plan to complete reading the Bible in one year. I'm almost 100 days in now! I had run out of room in the physical notebook I was using, so I was writing out my notes on my tablet.

I was also hungry, but didn't have anything ready in my apartment and didn't have time to grab breakfast. Somehow I decided that making bread was the best solution, since I had all the ingredients and making bread is actually really easy. I used this recipe from The Cafe Sucre Farine and it turned out so well! I think some bread recipes are in the future for this blog.

Wednesday

My Wednesdays are the busiest, I have a three-hour class in the morning and a hour-and-fifteen minute class in the evening. I spent the morning tidying up my apartment before going to class. Most of my three hour classes don't go the full time, so I had a little extra time before going to my later class. I went back to my apartment and worked on some sketches for another project.

Thursday

Thursday is where I'll leave off because it's currently Friday. My Thursdays are calm too, I go to a chapel service in the morning and don't have class until 2pm. After chapel I stopped by the post office to see if I had any mail, grabbed a chai latte and a snack from the cafe, and then went back to my apartment to get work done. I did a lot of Astronomy work, I did a homework assignment and then some studying. I study by re-writing my notes, and I got a little excited with the highlighting on these.

I'm gearing up for a lot of work as the semester winds down and I get closer to finals, but I know I'll be okay if I take it day by day. I'm looking forward to summer because I will be able to put more time into my blog and website, so there will be lots of new things coming soon!

Thanks for reading!

xx, Hannah
